  1. 3-4medium sized Potatoes
  2. 100 gmspaneer
  3. 1 bowlspring onions
  4. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspPani Puri masala
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tspgaram masala
  10. 1 bowlflattened rice flour
  11. As neededIce cream sticks
  12. 2 tbspAll-purpose flour
  13. As neededOil for frying

    Boil potatoes,let it cool grate or crumble paneer

    Mix well add all ingredients to it.make lollipop with the help of ice cream sticks.

    Prepared lollipops keep in refrigerator for ten minutes, prepare slurry of all-purpose flour.spread flattened rice flour in plate.heat oil in kadai

    Now apply slurry on lollipop s roll it on flattened rice flour and and dip fry till golden brown. becomes very crispy.I made lolipop so dipfried it if you make cutlets you can shallow fry.both tastes yum.

    Serve hot with tomato sauce.
