Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 3 cupsbasmati rice
  2. Water for per boiling
  3. Seasonings
  4. Garlic cloves, onion
  5. Cummin n fennel
  6. Sesame oil
  7. Red,yellow n green pepper
  8. Soy sauce
  9. Oyster sauce
  10. Sweet n chilli pepper
  11. Shrimps (jumbo)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and per boil your basmati for 20mins and drain.

    In a pan add in sesame oil, onions, fennel n cumin, prawns, add in your peppers, garlic n scotch bonnet and stir fry

  3. 3

    Add in your seasonings and sauces

  4. 4

    Add in your drained rice and seasoning to taste..cook for 10mins... and serve hot. U can eat with salad by d side
