Stir-fried Broccoli and Pork with Oyster Sauce Stir-fried Broccoli and Pork with Oyster Sauce
We grow a lot of broccoli in my family home.I wanted to make a tasty stir-fry with broccoli.-You can use any part of pork. I like thinly sliced or shabu-shabu (very thinly sliced) sliced. In my photo I used sliced pork intended for shabu-shabu.-Boil the broccoli but leave it firm because you'll stir-fry it later. Recipe by Soyokaze cookpad.japan -

Since jumbo shimeji sounded tasty, I bought some.Since I thought they would taste best prepared simply, I came up with a 3rd variation of the well-liked sautéed vegetables with ginger!Prepare this dish quickly so that you don't lose the aroma of the shimeji! The best time to add the seasonings is when all of the shimeji are just about completely coated in oil. Where Is the Beef? Here It Is! Stir Fried Beef and Bell Peppers Where Is the Beef? Here It Is! Stir Fried Beef and Bell Peppers
My husband and I like pork more than beef. You all could see that through my recipes. Today, I am cooking with beef, just so I don’t look like a dysfunctional cook. Not for long though....I just got a package of beef that has the most marbles on it. Cut out the best piece to make a steak later, and use the rest for stir fry. Don’t even know which parts of the cow. I have to rely on the package, but throw mine away so I just have to call it beef. 2choi -

Simple Sesame Stir-Fry (vegan) Simple Sesame Stir-Fry (vegan)
I used the leaves from two bok choi to line a terrine, so I was left with the succluent stems to make my lunch... This is what I made. It's that simple, I made it without a wok, just a pan I had lying in the cupboard. Note to self...get a new wok! :) Celeste
