Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsgrinded rice
  2. 2 cupsgroundnut
  3. Zogale
  4. 4copped onions
  5. 6hot pepper
  6. 2green pepper
  7. vegetable oil as desired
  8. 2 cupswater
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Spices of choice
  11. Garnishing
  12. 2tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

    Pour enough water in the pot, then Put it in a steamer pot, wrap the top of the pot with a foil or plastic bag, put the lid over it.

    Wash your rice strain it, if its already washed and dried you can just go on by showering the water on it

  3. 3

    When its half done bring it back to a bowl add the groundnut, onion, pepper salt, and spices, keep mixing add a half cup of water and mix well.

    At the second time, add your zogale, small small, a little bit of water and continue mixing, put it back to the pot to completely steamed. You can add oil when its done and mixed it, or add the oil when served.
