It was one of the best dishes I've had and I found a recipe for them. Great meal.
Cooking Instructions

Combine beef, salt, onion powder, oregano, rosemary, and rice.

Shape mixture into balls.
- 3
Heat oil in a 12 inch skillet over low heat. Cook meatballs uncovered, turning frequently, until browned. Cook about 5 minutes.
- 4
Add tomato sauce and water. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
