The way I found this recipe was to cook it in a slow cooker but I rather bake it * Update * I made it with turkey breast diced up, dried cranberries, frozen green beans and used 1 can cream of chicken and 1can cream of broccoli because I didn't have anymore cream of chicken and I really loved the change it was very tasty.

Ingredients

  1. 4Chicken breast cooked or 1 rotisserie diced or shredded
  2. 1/2 teaspoonGarlic powder, onion powder, Salt and pepper
  3. 2 canscream of chicken
  4. 8 ozsour cream
  5. 1 1/2 cupsfrozen mixed vegetables
  6. 1 1/2 cupsshredded chedder cheese
  7. 1 boxstove top stuffing I used chicken flavor
  8. 1 1/2 cupschicken broth or 👇
  9. 1 1/2 cupswater with 2 tsp chicken bouillon
  10. 1/2 stickbutter melted
  11. French fried onions

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Then in a greased 9 × 13 dish and add chicken and 1 1/2 cups veggies

    Boil 1 1/2 cups broth or water with 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon with 1/2 stick butter mix in stuffing and remove from heat and fluff with a fork

    Mix sour cream, both cans cream of chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Spread mixture over chicken and vegetables and top with shredded cheese and spoon on prepared stuffing.

    Bake for 45 minutes uncovered

    Serve with French fried onions on top if desired
