This casserole is simple to make on evenings when you don't have a lot of time to prepare a meal, using ingredients you already have in the cabinet.

Ingredients

6 to 8 people
  1. 1 boxinstant chicken stuffing
  2. 2 canscondensed cream of chicken soup
  3. 1/2 cupchopped celery
  4. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  5. 1/2 cupmilk
  6. 1 cancooked chicken breast, drained (12.5 oz can)
  7. 8 tablespoonsbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Sautée the celery and onions in 2 tablespoons butter until tender, about 5 to 8 minutes

    In a large mixing bowl add the vegetables, stuffing, chicken breast, soup, and milk, stir mixture together until even consistency

  3. 3

    Grease casserole pan (9x13 inches) and spread mixture evenly, place the 6 pats of butter in 2 rows of 3 lengthwise on top evenly spaced

    Bake in 375ºF oven for 30 minutes, watching for when top starts to brown

  5. 5

    Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving
