Ingredients

  1. 2Carrots
  2. 200 gLong Beans
  3. 1Big Onion
  4. 2Red Chillies
  5. 2Green Chillies
  6. Ginger the length of index finger
  7. HandfulCherry Tomatoes
  8. 1tsb of Tumeric
  9. 1 tspCayenne Pepper
  10. 1tsb of Spice Mix (the one with whole black pepper, etc)
  11. 1 tspSalt
  12. 1 tspPepper
  13. 1/2tsb of Tamarind Paste
  14. Water

Cooking Instructions

    Dice all Veggies up

  2. 2

    Heat pan with 1 tsb of oil

  3. 3

    Once pan is hot, throw in spice mix, onions, ginger and chillies

  4. 4

    Once onion starts to turn translucent, throw in Carrots and add the tumeric, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper. Put in a bit of water, close lid and let simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add in long beans, close lid and let simmer for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add in cherry tomatoes, tamarind paste and a bit more water. Close lid and let simmer for another 5 minutes.

    Season with salt and pepper.
