Thora sa bhonain then dahii imli aur aloo bukhara add kar dain ab is me biryani masala add krain aur dam py rakh ke pkaen.jab pani dry ho jaey masaly ka to thora bhoon lain magr masala dry nahi karna thora gravy wala masala rakhna hy ta ke biryani dry na bany.

Ab 1 alag pately mein rice boil kar lain jab 1 kani rice reh jaey to pani chan lain aur phir masala aur rice ki teh lagaty jaen pately mein

Aur food colour chirak dain upar ab dam laga ke 20 mint ke liye chor dain.mazydar biryani tiyar hy 😋😋😋
