Ingredients

10 people
  1. Spaghetti
  2. Oil
  3. Seasoning
  4. Salt
  5. Parsley
  6. Soy sauce
  7. Carrots/bell peppers
  8. Scotch bonnet,onions,ginger& garlic (all ground up)

Cooking Instructions

    Fry your spaghetti in oil until it turns brown.

    Drain the excess oil from the fried spaghetti

  3. 3

    In another pot,boil water enough to cook the spaghetti and cook the fried spaghetti until almost soft.

    In a work pan,add little oil and fry the scoth bonnet onion,ginger & garlic for about 1min,add in the carrots afterwards.

    Add little water to the carrots and allow to soften a bit.

    When done,add in the cooked fried spaghetti,a table spoon of soy sauce &seasonin. Stir fry them all together until they are completely mixed.

    Check for seasoning,if OK,turn off the heat and add in the bell pepper.

    Serve in a dish and garnish with parsley.
