Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 cupscurd slightly whisked
  2. 1 1/2 cupssuji/ semolina/ rava
  3. 2 tbsprice flour
  4. To tastesalt n pepper
  5. 3-4green chillies
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. HandfulCoriander leaves
  8. 2medium onions finely chopped
  9. 2medium tomatoes finely chopped
  10. 1large capsicum finely chopped
  11. 1carrot finely chopped
  12. As required water
  13. HandfulCoriander leaves
  14. 1 tspcumin seeds powder
  15. 1 tspCoriander, sesame n fennel seeds powder
  16. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  17. To be served with
  18. Sambhar

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Finely chop the veges. Take semolina, curd n rice flour together. Add enough water n mix well. Keep it covered for 20 to 30 minutes. Add all the chopped veges.

    Add all the masalas mentioned above n mix well.

    Pour batter n make small size uttapams. U can use whichever pan you like. Either grill or frying pan. I used both to save time. Cover the pans n let uttapams cook well. When you see the sides are golden.

    Flip them n cook from another side.

  5. 5

    Make all the uttapams like this. U can eat them as they are. Or u can crush them n pour sambhar n relish it.

    With hot sambhar it tastes amazing.
