Take suji and add curd and 1 cup water. Mix properly to make a thick batter.

Cover the bowl and rest the batter for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes check the batter and add grated lauki, onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves.

Add haldi powder, salt, roasted cumin powder and water. Mix all ingredients properly.

Now check the consistency otherwise add 1/2 cup water for flowing consistency.

Now better is ready for uttapam now put tawa on gas flame.

Put 1sp oil over the hotted pan brush uniformly. Put large spoon of batter and spread properly.

Cover the lid and cook 3-4 minutes in low flame.

Open the lid and flip one side carefully and again cook for 3 minutes.

Now uttapam is ready and serve with any chutney or sauce.
