It is a snack item with goodness of rava/ suji/ semolina ,loaded with veggies, making a perfect evening or morning snack or breakfast dish. Cooking Instructions

In a big mixing bowl, take suji/rava add curd/dahi. Mix it well.

Now add grated carrots and coriander leaves. You can add more vegetables of your choice. You can add peas, corn or capsicum.
Now mix water and make it a batter kind consistency. Be careful with water, do not add more or less. Add water only if curd is thick.Add salt and mix it well. - 3
Keep it aside for 10 minutes.Just before making dhoklas add half packet eno/ fruit salt and mix them well.Heat a non stick tawa.

Place a cookie cutter, i used a heart shaped cutter,pour oil inside it and once oil is heated add sesame seeds and mustard seeds, let it pop up.

On slow flame, pour 1 teaspoon of batter inside the cookie cutter.

Sprinkle red chilli powder and cover it with a lid.Let it cook on slow flame for 5-7 minutes.

Once done do a knife or toothpick test. The toothpick should come clean.

Using a knife clean the edges of the cookie cutter and demould it.
Serve it with your choice of sauce or chutney.
