Ingredients

  1. 12Sausages
  2. 1 cupflour
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 1egg
  5. 1/2 spoonbaking powder
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. Oil
  8. Skewers

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve in all the dry ingredients in a clean bowl.

  2. 2

    In a separate bowl mix all the wet ingredients.

  3. 3

    Make a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients and add in the wet ingredients mixed together.

  4. 4

    Stir till completely combined.
    Cut each sausage into 4 and insert a skewer/toothpick.

  5. 5

    Dip each sausage in the batter to coat, and fry on a medium low heat.
