Ingredients

  1. 1 kgRajgira roasted
  2. 1 kgJaggery
  3. 1 teaspoonGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Make jaggery syrup with all jaggery and 1 teaspoon water.

    Now, in a wok, take 1/4th portion of this syrup, heat it for a minute and add roasted rajgira in this and instantly mix well.

    Keep a greased tray ready with ghee.

  4. 4

    In this tray, pour the mixture and roll it with rolling pin quickly. Make the cuts with the help of a knife on it.

  5. 5

    Let it rest for 5 minutes and demould it in another vessel. Break the pieces with hand and press the edges of all pieces on that vessel to make them plain.

    Repeat this process with every portion.

  7. 7

    Enjoy this with hot milk or without.
