Steps

Take A Pan Or use a baking tray, apply Ghee on the pan and Cooking Roller

Heat the pan, add sugar and stir it continuously on medium heat

Add Ghee 1/4 tsp and cardamom powder and stir continuously.

When it gets melt completely then add coconut and mix it quickly and turn off the heat.

Take a pan and pour this mixture on the pan. If your pan is handy then turn your pan to spread the mixture

Take a baking sheet and put it on top of the mixture we spread and roll it out using Roller.

Make as thin as you want, but you have to work quickly else it will dry.

Remove your sheet and cut your chikki using Cutter/pizza cutter.

Let it dry first

Then remove the chikki and break it into pieces.
