Cooking Instructions

Heat the oil and add chicken,then chicken change their color add spices(salt 1/2 tsp,black pepper, ginger, garlic powder),water mix well and cook for 7 to 10 mins,set aside.

Now grease another panand add vegetables,

Add Soya sauce,chilli sauce, vinegar,spices(chicken powder,salt 1/4 tsp,black pepper) mix well,& cook for just 5 mins,and off the flame.

Now add cooked chicken, boiled eggs mix together nicely,let it cool completely.

Now spread roll sheet and put some prepared stuffing on it and fold it and seal the corner with flour paste,

Heat the oil & fry them untill golden, on medium flame

Spring roll is ready,try it and enjoy street food at home.
