Cooking Instructions

    Wash tamarind; add water, ginger and cloves to it

  2. 2

    Boil tamarind for some minutes and allow it to cool

  3. 3

    Mash tamarind and sieve

  4. 4

    Add sugar syrup, pineapple juice and flavour; mix well

  5. 5

    Refrigerate for atleast 30mins

  6. 6

    Serve!
