This pineapple juice drink is perfect... for any occasion. We have also used crushed pineapple as well as the chuncks. The whole pineapple gives a very festive look to the drink.

I loved the shot so much that I put a little spin on the recipe and made it larger!!

Pineapple Panna is a refreshing and tangy Indian drink made with fresh pineapples, ginger, green chillies, optional sugar and some spices that are aromatic as well as cooling and also support digestive health.Panna, also pronounced as Panha, is a traditional Indian beverage that is typically prepared during the summer season to help cool the body and quench thirst.This takes me back to my childhood when my grandma used to make this for us often during the summer months. This can also be made with green mango and we enjoyed that too.

I was making candied citrus peel and it seems like it was the food that just kept giving. I was able to get the candied peels, syrup and also this refreshing drink.

It is a very healthy drink. Here I use sugar powder. But you can use substitute of sugar or less sugar or no sugar. It's totally depends on the sourness/sweetness of litchi. You must try it and enjoy with your family and friends.

#budgetbasics I have used all the fruits & veg in the house and just blend it together to reduce waste! And it tasted YUM!
