This refreshing ramadan drink is prepared the night before and is fully worth it!
Steps

Boil 2 liter of water.

Put tamarind in a big bowl; pour over it the boiling water and add sugar. Mix together and leave soaking for 6 hours or overnight.

Drain the resulting liquid into a pitcher and discard the remaining tamarind pieces.

Add rosewater and lemon juice. Mix well. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
