For this recipe I wanted something sweet that brought a nice heat also and I already knew I wanted to include pineapple and smoked sausage. It took a few experiments before finally developing this one. I do add caramelized onions on my kids' sandwiches because I've noticed that it seems to lessen the heat some, but I like a strong heat so this recipe does not include the caramelized onions. If you want less heat I suggest adding them. This is a very easy recipe that I've gotten lots of compliments on. Enjoy!

I like cooking and making stuff with gadgets , this one is so easy to use I love it makes just enough jam and jelly for my size family , since I got this I no longer buy jelly or jams I make them instead.

This dip is so refreshing on warm days. You can add coconut, almonds, cherries etc.... Anything you like. Easy, quick and light. Serve with Vanilla wafers, shortbread or sugar cookies and even biscotti for dipping.

Pineapple pulisherry is my favorite curry,because I love the complete pineapple flavour over flowing in this curry…and also the sweet flavour coming from this..this is a famous dish in Kerala,You can see this dish in every wedding over there..Serve this with hot steaming rice,it will be heaven..This meal is a complete one because the pineapple pulisherry is a mild flavourful curry so to accompany that the potato dish is good since it is a spicy dish…
