Ingredients

2 servings

2 cupsFresh pineapple juice
2 cupsAny cola drink 1 cup vanilla icecream
Crushed ice
2 tbspSugar syrup
Icing sugar
1/2 tspBlack pepper
Pineapple slices to decorate

Steps

Blend and strain the juice of pineapple.

Add sugar syrup into the juice.Add vanilla ice cream. Churn it.

At the serving time dip the rim of glasses in the icing sugar to coat it.

Half fill the glasses with crushed ice.

Pour juice mixed with ice cream and sugar syrup into glasses.

Now fill them with cola drink.

Sprinkle black pepper. Decorate with a slice of pineapple

Serve chilled.
