Can’t forget the panini sandwich I had in Tuscany so I try to create my own version. The panini bread is so simple and so tasty 😋

Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 500 gramflour
  2. 420water
  3. 0.5 tspsuper
  4. 1.5 tspsalt
  5. 2 tspinstant Yeast
  6. 1 Tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix salt into flour; Add sugar, yeast, Olive oil into water. Pour the water into dry ingredients,mix with a spoon or a spatula to incorporate the flour. Mix well until no dry flour remains. Cover it up and let it rest for 30 mins

    Gently scrape the edge of the dough from the bowl to a floured baking paper. Dust the dough with flour and separate it into 10 pieces

    Make the shape you like and press it gently

    Preheat the oven include the baking tray. Put the dough on the heated tray and bake for 15 mins, 225 C

  5. 5

    Let the bread rest for 5-10 mins before serving.

    Add your favorite ingredient for the sandwich. Voilà ❤️ The Porchetta recipe could be found in my recipe list.
