Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsbeans
  2. Red peppers(tattasai)
  3. Scotch bonnets
  4. Ajino moto
  5. Salt
  6. Garlic(optional)
  7. Onions
  8. Chopped spring onions
  9. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Saok the beans for 30-45 minutes,when its soaked remove all its coats from it.

    Then add in your beans, peppers, scotch bonnets, onions and garlic in a blender, blend till smooth your mixture shouldn't be watery it should be thick and smooth.

    When your beans is well blended,transfer it into a bowl,then add in your salt, ajino moto, chopped spring onions mix well and beat it using a ladle(ludayi) to incorporate air so that it will be fluffy!

    Heat your vegetable oil, when heated scoop the beans paste using a spoon into the hot oil,flip it to fry the other side,fry till golden brown.

    Strain and serve hot!
