You can steam cake salé as well! Or you can bake it! It's good to use odds and ends in your fridge. You can use any vegetables and meat that you see fit. I use a 6 inch diameter pan for this.

Ingredients

45 minutes
4 servings
  1. 3eggs
  2. 1/2 cupcooking cream (you can also use milk)
  3. 1 tbspbouillon powder
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  6. 1 1/2 cupflour
  7. 2 tspbaking powder
  8. 2 tbspoil (I used fermented garlic oil)
  9. 1/2 cupchopped kabocha
  10. 3scallion, chopped
  11. 1/2 cupred cabbage, thinly sliced
  12. 2frozen burger meat, chopped
  13. 6cheese slice, chopped (you can also use grated cheese, obviously)
  14. 1 tsptomato ketchup + 1 tsp chili sauce for topping (optional)
  15. Parsley flakes as topping (optional)

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes

    Mix eggs with cream, then add oil. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Add salt, black pepper, bouillon powder, mix well.

  3. 3

    Mix flour and baking powder, add to the egg mixture.

  4. 4

    Add the rest of the ingredients except topping. Pour into a mold.

    Top with parsley flakes and tomato ketchup + chili sauce.

    Steamed for about 40 minutes. Let it cool down a bit before unmolding it.
