Ultra-Fast Just Like Melon Bread

I thought they might look like melon bread if I sprinkled granulated sugar on my usual mini bread.

Since the dough is soft, it's easier to handle it if you wet your hands when forming into balls. When you're using store-bought pancake mix, you don't need vanilla extract. Recipe by Pekuchin

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 200 gramsHomemade pancake mix
  2. 1Egg
  3. 100 mlHeavy cream
  4. 5drops Vanilla extract
  5. 1Granulated sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 190℃. Spread granulated sugar in a small plate.

    Add egg, heavy cream, and vanilla extract to a bowl, and mix well. Add the homemade pancake mix, and mix with a spatula.

    Divide into 6 portions, and lightly form into balls with your hands. Press down the dough on the plate from Step 1 so that one side is coated in sugar.

    Place the bread dough sugar-side up on a baking sheet, and sprinkle more.

    Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and it's done.
