Cooking Instructions

Cut the beef into cubes, rinse and drain. Place the beef in a bowl,add half the onion,curry powder,thyme, salt, seasoning cubes,ginger and garlic pastes and the steak seasoning.mix well and marinade for 30mins in the freezer. Pour the beef into a pot,add some water and cook till tender. Remove and fry in hot oil.

Place a saucepan on fire. Add some vegetable oil and allow to get hot. Add the remaining half onion,grated pepper, garlic ginger pastes and stir fry until the raw smell is out. Add some seasoning,thyme, curry and sliced cabbage. Stir for few seconds and then add the fried beef. Reduce the flame and stir for about 3 mins on low heat or until all the ingredients are well combined. Remove from heat and serve.
