Ingredients

Less than 30 mi
2 or 1 serving
  1. 4 spoonfulsAll purpose wheat flour
  2. 1.5 spoonfula mixture of millet, sorghum and yam flour
  3. 1 handfulgroundnuts
  4. 2eggs🥚🥚
  5. Halfspoonful of sugar
  6. 200 mlmilk
  7. Halfspoonful of cinnamon powder
  8. 1 pinchsalt
  9. Olive oil or regular cooking oil
  10. Avocado 🥑

Cooking Instructions

    Grind the groundnuts and put them in a mixing bowl or small jug.

    In the small jug or mixing bowl with the groundnuts add sugar, salt, cinnamon powder, wheat flour and the other mixture of flour mentioned above

    Add eggs

    Add milk and then whisk the ingredients until they form a thick mixture

  5. 5

    Heat your pan medium heat

  6. 6

    Pour a teaspoonful of olive oil and swift to coat

  7. 7

    Pour the pancake mixture spreading it across the pan and let it cook until edges begin to look dry and bottom is golden

  8. 8

    Flip the pancake cooking the other side until it's golden

  9. 9

    Serve with your avocado, or sugarless coffee. Zero sugar challenge is still on. Enjoy
