Ingredients

  1. 1 tsp.salt
  2. 2 cupsall purpose flour
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1/4 cupcanola oil
  5. 2 1/2 tsp.baking powder
  6. 2 Tbs.sugar
  7. 1 1/2 cupshalf and half
  8. 1 1/2 Tbs.vanilla extract
  9. 1 Tbs.cinnamon (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.

  2. 2

    Pour mix for desired size pancakes into a hot skillet and let sit over medium heat until bubbles begin to form and flip over. (About 3 mins each side)

  3. 3

    Serve with butter and syrup.
