Ripe Banana and Cheese Toast

I wanted to use some bananas that had suddenly gotten ripe in a tasty way, so I tried combining it with my favorite cheese on toast.

The key is the saltiness of the grated cheese.
The salty-sweetness is the reason this is so tasty, so put on lots of grated cheese. You can mash the banana with a fork so that it lays flat if you like. It might be easier to put on the grated cheese. Recipe by Hassaku daifuku
