Cooking Instructions

Using a rolling pin, roll out the bread in pairs, the 12 pieces of bread now become 6

Using a cup that is round, cut out the rolled bread,

Dip the round cut bread into beaten egg and then roll over bread crumbs

Allow your bread to rest in the freeze for 5 to 10 minutes

For the filling, pound the cooked beef in mortar

Add oil to the pan, add diced onion and sautee it

Add ginger, garlic, black pepper and rosemary to the pan

Add the beef, grated pepper, lime juice and stir fry for 2mins

Add seasoning cube, salt, shredded carrots and the chopped capsicum and more onion if you want

Stir fry for 3mins and your beef filling is ready

Remove your bread from the freezer and fry both sides in a very hot oil

You will notice that the bread bulges from the middle

Cut into 2 equal halves and fill the hallow center with your filling...
