  2. 5ehite button mushrooms
  3. Beansprout
  4. Halfcarrot
  5. 5French beans
  6. 1/3cabbage
  7. Light soy sauce
  8. Black pepper
  9. Salt
  10. 2dried yellow noodle
  11. slicesShallot and grlic

Cooking Instructions

    Blanch squid with boiling water then set aside for later use.Blanch noodles too in.hot water until they are separated.Then wash in running water and drain.Set aside

    Just sautee all the.ingredients until half cook.Then add in the noodles and.mix until all the veges are all mixed up.Season with soy sauce and salt and black pepper then mix again.Then add squid mix it then done
