Ingredients

20 servings
  1. 10pieces Aburaage (squares)
  2. 150to 200 ml Water
  3. 2 tbspSugar
  4. 1 1/2 tbspSoy sauce
  5. 700 grams● Cooked rice
  6. 60 ml● Sushi vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the aburaage in half.

    Pour hot water to drain the excess oil.

  3. 3

    Put the bean curd, water, sugar and soy sauce in a pan, use aluminum foil as a drop lid and cook it slowly over a low flame.

    Cook until the liquid is almost gone then turn off the heat. Stuff the sushi rice into the bean curd when the rice has cooled down. Done.
