I peeled 2~3 grapefruits in one sitting one day, and found out that the grapefruit tasted better the next day!! And even better on the following day If you think I'm trying to fool you, try it for yourself.
Make sure to place it in a properly sealed container so the grapefruits won't dry out.
If you peel the grapefruits using the method from, the fruit juice will be kept inside the fruit. Recipe by Otsumami

The Absolutely Best Way To Peel Grapefruit
This is the method my sweetie came up with since he wants to eat cleanly peeled grapefruit every day.Every piece is cleanly peeled and delicious. In Step 4, if you remove the white pith as cleanly as possible, the rest is very easy.In Step 6, if you gently split the fruit in half so as not to crush the segments, you can peel them very cleanly. In Step 8, cutting into the corners is the key to removing the membranes. Refreshing Grapefruit Salad
I wanted to make a salad using avocado and refreshing grapefruit that goes well with baguettes.I recommend sprinkling on a generous amount of black pepper. Recipe by Ruruoka

Grapefruit Frozen Yogurt
I used Caspian Sea brand yogurt to make a healthy ice cream. When you are freezing it, it helps smooth out the ice cream if you stir it a few times. If you stir it too many times though, it won't finish freezing so don't stir it too much. If it is a bother to stir it, you don't have to and it will still be fine.If it gets too hard, just pull it out for a little bit and let it approach room temperature. When it softens, it's ready to be eaten.I had this with ice cream and honey grapefruit. In step 1, I squeezed out the remaining grapefruit, mixed it with honey, and then dipped grapefruit in it.)It was delicious. Recipe by Orihime mama

The Grapefruit is the Key! Crab and Avocado Salad

Grapefruit Jam
When I see fruit in season, I just can't resist the urge to turn it into jam.Add it to yogurt, or spread on bread.I love the sweet smell in the kitchen when I'm making jam, too.Since both the peel and membranes are removed, not a lot of scum will come out. Be sure keep skimming when it starts to simmer.I don't like the bitterness of marmalade so I leave the peel out, but if you do like that bitter flavor, it's probably better to add the peel for a bitter flavor accent. Recipe by Orihime mama

Easy Kanten Whole Grapefruit Jelly
I made these jellies so that they're easy to handle for bringing to potluck parties. I also aimed for a quick-set jelly that uses the fruit skin as the container. So, those were the reasons behind putting this recipe together. Using kanten allows these jellies to set in room temperature, which means you can store them in the fridge after they're slightly set, taking less space. This satisfying grapefruit jelly has a really fruity and refreshing texture since it consists of half pulp and half juice. Please adjust the amount of sugar and honey to the sourness of your grapefruit. Mine was slightly sour, so I added a bit more honey, but, it's really up to you. Recipe by Smuchi

Sparkling Candied Grapefruit Peel

Grapefruit granita
A granita is a traditional flavored Italian ice. Super simple to make and super refreshing to eat!! If you don’t like grapefruit, you should try using orange or mango. That’s super good too! Although.... mango is chalky. You should try another citrus instead.

Watercress and Grapefruit Salad
I saw a recipe for grapefruit salad in the newspaper and I made my own version with watercress! It depends on the size of the grapefruit but use roughly the same amount of olive oil as the grapefruit juice, and then adjust according to your taste. If it's a big grapefruit, you could use half of the grapefruit for the flesh and the other half for the juice. (Recipe by yunachi30)

Carrot Salad with Grapefruit and Tomato
Carrots are great for your health and boost the immune system. Grapefruit helps relieve stress and prevents your skin from ageing. Tomatoes use anti-oxidation to help with anti-aging. German Dessert: Orange & Grapefruit Tart
This is a variation on my strawberry and blueberry tart.I always make this tart with berries, so this time I made a citrus fruit version. It turned out to be really delicious, so I'm really satisfied! For the juice used to make the gelatin, use the juice from the orange and grapefruit that gathers in the bottom of the bowl.Gelatin does not set in pineapple juice, so use another type of juice. A Tasty Way to Eat Strawberries
I really enjoyed the strawberry parfait I had at a restaurant so I asked if there was any secret. They told me that the strawberries shouldn't be kept in the refrigerator and to add some sugar and let sit for a while.Don't put strawberries in the refrigerator. After washing strawberries, add the sugar without patting dry with paper towels. There is no problem even if you let the strawberries sit more than one hour. If you use refrigerated strawberries, the aroma may not be as good but you still can enjoy the syrup. Recipe by Brandy

Grapefruit Marinated Chicken Sub
White grapefruit is delicious especially if you use just a bit of salt. Now if you cannot find it just use the white grapefruit juice. It will clear your sinuses naturally. I have many of these trees growing in the yard.

Yogurt Mousse with Grapefruit Gelée
I made a refreshing summer dessert with the grapefruit that I love. The 5 g of gelatin can set 250-300 ml of liquid. It depends on the liquid content of the grapefruit, but try to make this amount of grapefruit gelée.You can also pour the gelée directly onto the hardened mouse, and chill it to make 2 layers. Recipe by Oshiruko

Chicken Parmesan with Grapefruit Sauce
I've been making a dressing by just combining grapefruit juice and soy sauce. I added a little twist to it to turn it into a sauce. The sweet and sour sauce was a perfect match with the chicken and cheese.Leave the lid open when you cook the chicken. If you cover it, the cheese will melt and leak. At Step 1, cut the thick part of the chicken with a knife and open it up, so the chicken will be cooked evenly. Other cheeses, such as Gorgonzola or feta cheese also are good for this recipe. Grape Spoon Dessert
This is such an old fashion/traditional Greek Dessert, when I was little I would always laugh when they handed me this dessert. (Oh!! I wasn’t alone on this journey I had my side kick my cousin. hahahahaha really cool human being. Love her!!!) So, where was I, oh yes, my mother would always give me that greek one eye slanted face, that usually meant stop it!!! because I was being rude. But my side kick would continue to laugh after I would get that face!! she wasn’t much help. My brother on the other hand who is younger, would always take this little dessert and eat it even though he didn’t like it, just so he would not get that greek slanted eye face. hahahahhahaComing from the states from Pepperidge farm cookies, Oreos, Oatmeal cookies and so much more to this!!! Every year from the age of 10, we used to go on vacation to Greece for the summer and every house, I mean literally every house either in the village or in the city we went to had this Dessert. Now, that I am all grown up, of course I see this with a completely different attitude, and I do enjoy making it. 🙂It is so easy to make, the ingredients basically are Water, Sugar, Grapes. All it needs is a overnight stay in the fridge and a boil the next morning and your done. 🙂

Grape Mousse
I had delicious grapes, so I thought I would make mousse with them. This mousse is very moist, so it's fluffy and smooth, my favorite combination.I used Dole 100% grape juice.I used sheet gelatin. If you are using powdered gelatin, use five times more water to dissolve. If you use small grapes you don't have to cut them in half, but you should take the seeds out if they bother you. Serve Fruit in a Glass
Just keep adding your usual fruit into a glass! It's hard to arrange on a flat plate, but with a glass, it looks stylish just by putting it in. This recipe's background: My husband eats fruit every night, so I keep it in the fridge. Arranging it on a flat plate is tricky and takes up fridge space, so I put it in a glass instead!
