    Assemble your fruits and veggies. Wash thoroughly under running water.

    Grate carrots, cucumber and beetroot then dice water melon and mango. Add to a blender or smoothie maker and squeeze in lemon juice. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve chilled or with ice. Enjoy 😉
