I made this dish to shorten the bento prep time every morning.

Coating the pork with katakurik locks the meat juice inside and makes it tender.
Coat the pork well with katakuriko.
When I defrost the pork, I microwave it for 40 seconds at 600 W. Recipe by Ryo---ko

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 300 gramsPork
  2. 1Katakuriko
  3. 1thumb worth ★Grated ginger
  4. 2 tbsp★Soy sauce
  5. 1 tbsp★Sugar
  6. 1 tbsp★Mirin

Cooking Instructions

    Coat the pork with katakuriko (it's easier work in a plastic bag).

  2. 2

    Mix the ★ ingredients in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Stir-fry the pork from Step 1 in a frying pan until cooked through.

  4. 4

    Turn down the heat to low, and swirl in the ★ ingredients. Mix well so that the pork absorbs the sauce.

  5. 5

    Divide into silicone cups. When cooled, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze.
