Stir-Fried Pork with Ginger

I made this dish to shorten the bento prep time every morning.
Coating the pork with katakurik locks the meat juice inside and makes it tender.
Coat the pork well with katakuriko.
When I defrost the pork, I microwave it for 40 seconds at 600 W. Recipe by Ryo---ko

Stir-fried Ginger pork with onions Stir-fried Ginger pork with onions
Japanese inspired sliced pork with onions. Infused in a sweet sauce with caramelized onions. Made this as part of a meal prep. I only had a chunk of pork loin in the freezer. Semi-thawing it made it way easier to slice the pork thinly. Learnt something new and love this trick! I made the seasoning stronger as we were pairing it with plain boiled carrots and Bok choy.
