I always make pork and ginger stir fry with a soy sauce base, but this time I tried it with miso. To give it more volume and a bit of color, I added some vegetables.

I recommend using pork belly. This time I used peppers and onion, but you can use whatever veggies you like. Recipe by annnnn

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gramsPork (pork belly or thinly sliced)
  2. 2Green peppers
  3. 1/2Onion
  4. 1/2 tbspOil
  5. 1 tbsp☆Miso
  6. 1 tbsp☆Sake
  7. 1 tbsp☆Mirin
  8. 2 tsp☆Sugar
  9. 1thumb ☆Grated ginger

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the meat into easy to eat pieces. Finely slice the peppers and the onion. Combine the ingredients marked ☆.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork. When it has browned, add the peppers and onion and fry some more.

  3. 3

    When the vegetables have wilted, turn the heat to low and add the mixed ☆ ingredients. Mix everything in so it blends well. Lightly fry and it's done.
