  3. Halftsp of Fish sauce
  4. 1 packchives
  5. 1 packbeansprouts

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a wok then pour cooking oil.Sautee ginger and shallots until fragrant.Add first the chives mix it and sprinkle a little water mix again then add beansprout keep mixing.Both must be half done and crunchy.Add in fish salt simmer a bit then remove from wok.
