I made this dish combining tofu, which I always keep stocked in my fridge, with Chinese chives, which is my recent favorite.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 300 gramsFirm tofu
  2. 1 bunchChinese chives
  3. 7cm length Japanese Leek
  4. 1Red chilli (sliced)
  5. 1 tspSesame oil
  6. 2 tsp○Sake
  7. 1teaspooon plus ○Sugar
  8. 1 tbsp○Soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Wrap the tofu in paper towels and microwave at 500 W for 3 minutes. Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the chopped leeks. Add the sliced chili to taste.

    Cut the tofu as illustrated in the photo and fry.

  3. 3

    Season the tofu with the ○ ingredients. Add the chives cut into 3 cm and stir. Serve.
