Fry tofu until half cooked. Remove from the heat. Set aside.
- 2
Heat vegetable oil over medium high heat. Sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant.

Add red chili pepper and bird eye chili peppers (if you use some). Mix well.
- 4
Add the tofu and chives. Season with salt, white pepper powder, and mushroom bouillon. Add water. Stir well.
- 5
Lastly, add the bean sprouts. Stir again for a while (Don’t stir too long if not the bean spouts won’t be crunchy). Remove from the heat.

Tofu and Chinese Chive Chinese-style Stir Fry Tofu and Chinese Chive Chinese-style Stir Fry
I love tofu and Chinese chives.Add the flavoring ingredients all at once while cooking over medium heat. This way the dish won't get too watery and will be cooked in a short amount of time. I've made the seasoning subtle to bring out the flavor of the tofu, so please adjust the salt to your taste. For 4 servings. Recipe by LaLaHappy1 cookpad.japan -

A long time ago, I saw Kenichi Chen make this dish on TV and I took notes. I didn't write down the amounts, but after making it many times, I settled on this recipe. It's really popular at our house, and it disappears as soon as it's on the table. The sauce can be prepared ahead of time. You only need a little pork, so I often make this right before pay day. For serving 3 - 4. Recipe by Hitohitonomoto cookpad.japan -

As of March, I succeeded with my diet to lose 8kg. This is something that I ate on my diet and I decided to share it.Non-oil tuna has a stronger flavor. I ended up making something that's not super appetizing but delicious!Season as you like! The picture shows a variation I made with shrimp. It's still good without it too. In order to make sure it's not soggy, be sure to cook until the water evaporates. Recipe by Pufumi cookpad.japan -
