Ingredients

  1. 4and 1/2 cup of flour
  2. 1 cuplukewarm water
  3. 4 spoonfulmelted butter
  4. 1/4 spoonsalt
  5. 4 spoonsSugar
  6. 1 spooninstant dry yeast

Cooking Instructions

    In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, salt, sugar and instant dry yeast. Gradually add in the water,and butter mixing with your hands until combined. It will be sticky but not overly sticky Knead very well on a floured surface.

    Drizzle a little oil over the dough to keep it from drying out. Cover and let rest 1 hour for dough to rise

    After it has risen cut the dough into balls and shape the way you want.

    Grease your baking tray or pan with butter then place your already shaped bread into the pan and cover with a plastic wrap or kitchen towel to second proof it for about 30 minutes.

    Preheat your oven to about 300 then place your bread into the oven and allow to bake for about 30 minutes. You will start perceiving the aroma like you are in a bakery lol.

    When it's done place on a cooling rack and brush the top with butter and allow to cool. Taada your bread is ready.
