Firstly heat wok and add oil fry fish block and ham first.When done rrmove and save later.Secondly stir fry garlic and shallots until fragrant then pour all the.veggies ingredirnts.Mix well and cook a while.Then pour water and add pepper dark and light soy sauce.

Simmer until all veggies are half cook.Then remove the veggies and just leave the sauce.Add bihon noodle and cook until the noodle absorbs the sauce.If the noodle is still hatd can add some more water.Simmer until bihon is soft then put back the veggies.Mix well and remove then add the celery chopped.
