Ingredients

about 1 hour
8 servings
  1. 2 lbsOle South Country Sausage (in a roll)
  2. 1red bellpepper
  3. 1green bellpepper
  4. 1 lbspaghetti noodles
  5. 1onion
  6. 2 (8 oz)cans of Hunt's spagetti sauce
  7. 1 (10 oz)can of diced tomatoes with green chilies

Cooking Instructions

about 1 hour
  1. 1

Follow the instructions on the box as to how much water to add. I used a little over half a box of the noodles. Add noodles to boiling water.

  2. 2

Chop all the veggies and place in the bottom of a skillet.

  3. 3

Put the sausage on top of the veggies and turn the burner on medium/high heat.

  4. 4

Season any way you like. I used Tony's, garlic salt, and pepper.

  5. 5

When the meat/veggie mixture is done browning drain all the grease.

  6. 6

Put back in the skillet and pour the spaghetti sauce on top. Add diced tomatoes and do not drain. Set burner to low/medium and simmer for about 15 minutes.

  7. 7

After the noodles are done drain the noodles. Put back in the pot and pour the meat/sauce mixture on top of the noodles. Simmer for about 10 minutes and keep stirring.
