  3. 2Onions (diced)
  4. 2Tomatoes (chopped)
  5. 1 TbspRed Chilli Powder
  6. 1 TbspGinger Garlic Paste
  7. 3Green Chili (slit)
  8. 1/2 CupMint Leaves (chopped)
  9. 1/2 CupCoriander Leaves (chopped)
  10. 1 CupYogurt
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 4 CupsWater
  13. 1/2 CupOil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil add onions and fry lightly golden brown,add chilli fry little,add ginger garlic paste fry till raw smell goes

    Add mint coriander fry little,add tomatoes and chilli powder fry till tomatoes becomes mushy,add yogurt,let it fry till oil separates,add chicken,salt and cook till chicken half done

    Add rice and water,let boil on full flame after boiling,reduce fire to slow n let rice fully cook,enjoy simple n easy Biryani
