cucumbers have the highest water content of any solid food, it’s kind of like “eating” a glass of water. During summer it is important to keep yourself hydrated. Cucumber are over 95% water along with many nutrients and health benefits. It can cool your body inside-out, you have to try this easy Cucumber Smoothie recipe.
Cooking Instructions

Add all ingredients in grinding jar. Grind all to make smooth paste. Adjust salt, lemon and honey taste.

Garnish with Cummin powder and a slice of cucumber.

Serve cold.
