Ingredients

10 minutes
2 people
  1. 1 cupchopped cucumber
  2. 1 handfulcoriander leaves
  3. 1 handfulmint leaves
  4. 1 tsplemon juice
  5. 1 tsphoney
  6. 2 tbspcurd
  7. As per tastePink salt
  8. 1 tsproasted Cumin powder
  9. 1/4 cupwater
  10. 5-7ice cubes

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Add all ingredients in grinding jar. Grind all to make smooth paste. Adjust salt, lemon and honey taste.

    Garnish with Cummin powder and a slice of cucumber.

    Serve cold.
