Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2of liquid milk
  3. 1 tablespoonbrown sugar
  4. 2 tablespoonmargarine
  5. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  6. 1egg
  7. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    You can sieve your wheat flour or use it with the chaff
    I sieved mine 5 times with a tiny hole sieve to achieve a whiter flour

    After sieving, in a bowl add your wheat flour, baking powder, sugar(you can use any type and also increase your spoon of sugar, depending on what you want). Mix until properly combined. Add your 2 tablespoon of margarine and mix, form a whole in your flour then add the egg and mix

    Add your milk until you get a slight watery dough that sticks to your hands
    Note: I forgot to take the picture but you can check my potatoes buns to see the way the mixture is

    You cut your buns and deep fry. Enjoy your buns with tea or any drink of your choice....
