Ingredients

1 hour
4 persons
  1. 3 cupsbaking flour
  2. 1 cupFanta(Zero or normal fanta)
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 3-4table spoons of powdered milk
  5. 4large eggs
  6. 1/3 cupvegetable oil
  7. 2 teaspoonsvanilla flavour
  8. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  9. Pinchsalt
  10. Handfulblack currants (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat your oven or pot
    Rub your baking pan with butter or oil. Sprinkle a little flour on every side of your baking pan and keep aside

    Measure and mix all the Dried ingredients in a bowl.
    Beat your egg and pour, pour the Fanta and vegetable oil
    Mix everything together but don't over mix

  3. 3

    Pour inside your baking tin
    Top black currants

  4. 4

    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes and your Fanta cake is ready
