Wheat cookies...

Got inspired by a chef on YouTube, she made wheat biscuits though she is from India. I decided to make cookies using her idea.....and it came out perfectly...this is the first time am trying it out....
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Sieve your wheat flour with tiny hole Siever 5 or more times so as to get a finer flour
Add your baking powder and pinch of salt, then set aside - 2
In a bowl add your margarine and Brown sugar(you can use other sweeter like date, stevia etc) beat until fluffy then add your egg, you can combine all 3 and beat at a time using a hand mixer
- 3
Add your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients to form a soft dough, if it's too watery or sticky add few tablespoons of wheat flour
- 4
Cookie dough are very fragile so you need to roll them in a baking sheet or nylon....I use nylon because it's cheaper and available
- 5
After rolling cut into different shapes using a cutter
I used baking sheet but you can butter your pan, dust flour on it then place your cookies. I wasn't time conscious but I think I baked them for about 20-30 minutes on a very low heat - 6
Our cookies are out....very very healthy
You can use low calorie butter to make them
