Ingredients

30minutes
1-2 servings
  1. 11/2 cupswheat flour
  2. 2 tablespoonbrown sugar
  3. 1egg(optional)
  4. 1/2 cupmargarine
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 1/2 teaspoonBaking powder

Cooking Instructions

30minutes
  1. 1

Sieve your wheat flour with tiny hole Siever 5 or more times so as to get a finer flour
Add your baking powder and pinch of salt, then set aside

  2. 2

In a bowl add your margarine and Brown sugar(you can use other sweeter like date, stevia etc) beat until fluffy then add your egg, you can combine all 3 and beat at a time using a hand mixer

  3. 3

Add your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients to form a soft dough, if it's too watery or sticky add few tablespoons of wheat flour

  4. 4

Cookie dough are very fragile so you need to roll them in a baking sheet or nylon....I use nylon because it's cheaper and available

  5. 5

After rolling cut into different shapes using a cutter
I used baking sheet but you can butter your pan, dust flour on it then place your cookies. I wasn't time conscious but I think I baked them for about 20-30 minutes on a very low heat

  6. 6

Our cookies are out....very very healthy
You can use low calorie butter to make them
