I wanted to make a pudding with only one egg.

I guess a hint would be to mix the egg mixture well. If you just observe the times carefully, you'll get a nice jiggly pudding. Recipe by Ringono recipe

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1Egg
  2. 1 tbspSugar
  3. 200 mlMilk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

This is all you need for the ingredients!! Very simple.

  2. 2

Crack the egg, and add the sugar and milk.

  3. 3

    Pour through a strainer.

  4. 4

Place in your containers and wrap.

  5. 5

Put two cups of water in an earthenware pot and bring to a boil. Spread crinkled aluminum foil on the bottom.

  6. 6

Carefully add the containers, cover with a lid, and steam on medium heat for 2 minutes. Stop the heat and let sit for 15 minutes while still covered.

  7. 7

Once the 15 minutes have passed, remove from the pot. Once cooled, chill in the refrigerator and it's complete!

  8. 8

Top with maple syrup if you like, it's very delicious.

  9. 9

You can also use cups or ramekins! Aside from an earthenware pot, I also made this using a Le Creuset pot.
