Ingredients

  • 100 gramsegg whites
  • 5 dropsvanilla extract
  • Caramel topping
  • 1 teaspoonstevia

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat 100 grams of egg whites in a small pot, adding the stevia and vanilla extract.

  2. 2

    Heat over medium-high heat until the egg whites change color, stirring with a spoon to prevent lumps from forming.

  3. 3

    Once it thickens, pour into a mold and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
