Ingredients

  1. 4 tinWhite rice (shinkafar tuwo)
  2. 1Tuwo
  3. 1 tinSugar
  4. PinchSalt
  5. 1 1/2 tbspnyeast
  6. 1tspn baking powder
  7. 1small onion

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak rice overnight or some hours, wash rice again add in cook rice or tuwon shinkafa, yeast and blend till smooth

    Add water to adjust the thickness,add in sugar,salt and stir well then place in a warm place to rise, then add baking powder, onion and stir well again.

    Heat the masa pan add some veg oil in each section of the pan, scoop the masa batter and let in cook till golden brown then turn the other side and allow it to cook till golden brown again.ready to Serve. (i serve mine with miyan gyada.)
