Ingredients

4-6 servings
  • 4eggs mixed well
  • 1 pkcubed or diced ham
  • Your favorite Shredded cheese
  • Crushed red pepper flake (optional)
  • Garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/3 cupmilk
  • 1 canSpinach drained
  • 1medium sweet potato cubed
  • 1deep dish pie crust

Steps

1hr
  1. 1

    In a bowl add your eggs, milk and mix till well blended.

  2. 2

    In that same bowl add your spinage, sweet potato, ham, cheese, and seasonings

  3. 3

    Mix till well blended. Pour mixture in pie crust and bake in the oven on 350° for 1hr. Then serve.

  4. 4

    Optional toppings:
    Sour cream, salsa, green onions, mushrooms
